ॐ गं गणपतये नम:।
अक्षरं परमं ब्रह्म ज्योतीरूपं सनातनम्।
गुणातीतं निराकारं स्वेच्छामयमनन्तजम्॥
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥
[श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 2.47]
UNCLE & AUNTS LINES :: Vertical lines found on the edge of Venus, starting below the Rascette, represents uncles and aunts, on the left hand of the male and vice- versa.
Unconventionality BOLDNESS :: Lines of Life and Head separate at the start. Distance more than 5mm. Thumb set very low. Thumb curved backward. Fingers smooth and conical. Fingers bent backward. All fingers falling apart easily. Thick soft palm. Mounts of Sun, Moon and Venus predominant.
If a small segment of life line joins both these lines, bearer may make progress.
Unhappiness through women :- A star on the base of the Mount of Venus just below the second phalanx.
Unhappy Marriages :- Counselling, mutual understanding can help and prevent quarrel leading divorce. 
LINE OF MERCURY-HEALTH :: स्वास्थ्य-बुद्ध रेखाUnusual Shrewdness :-  Crooked finger of Mercury is seen on any hands. One may be dishonest as well. Exaggerated Mercury will increase the impact. If the mount of Mercury is too low person may be cheat, fraudulent, crooked.
Upper Mars Normal :- Martyr's courage, patriotism, soldier, explorer. 
Upper Mars above normal :- Religious prosecutor, wounded vanity, violent disappointment, roguery. 
Upper Mars below normal :- Coward in creed, public shyness, cowardice.

UPWARD BRANCHES OF LIFE LINE :: Increased power, gains and success. These lines have been read as Luck Lines as well. These are the signs of increased power, gains and successes & make the bearer's hard working rich and healthy. Subject gets job, promotion, financial up gradation.
(1). Upward branch reaching the Mount of Jupiter :- Social status and power. Academic achievement-excellence, successful ambitions, leadership traits, high position. Fulfilment of ambition, high post-position in job-society, egotism-fear to show joy or sorrow-freedom in early life-freer life, studies in boarding house abroad.  Bearer may suffer from egotism.
(2). Upward branch reaching the Mount of Saturn :- A successful property transaction-generally amassing wealth, works as another Luck Line, success in worldly things, acquisitions, generally amassing wealth. Gives riches. Such people are found to help near and dear, needy; at least, till the age, shown by the rising branch on the Life Line. Increase of wealth and worldly possessions by subject's own energy and determination. Marital success in life is there due to one’s own efforts.
(3). Upward branch reaching the Mount of Sun :- Monetary gain, achievements in arts and literature; name, fame, wealth, vehicle. Brings name, fame, success, riches; distinction in society, according to the class of hand. 
Upward rising branch of Life Line to Sun sends off shoot to Jupiter and another off shoot to Saturn :- A distinguished person enjoying honour and success as a diplomat-politician.
(4). Upward branch reaching the Mount of Mercury :- Promises great success in business or science ensure good health as well. Brings success in Business, Science, Research, Innovations, Technology. Subject is gifted with the power to see future-sixth sense-future vision. Hook formation on Mercury by this line shows foolhardiness, greediness, angry temperament. 
(4.1). Mercury Line :- Subject will sustain life, if this line does not touch Life Line.

(5). To Luna :- Success through travel.
(6). To Mental Mars :- New ideas, clarity in thought, farsightedness.
(7). To Physical Mars :- Use of strength for gains. 
Highly developed  Mars :- Misuse of strength.
(8). To the region between the Line of Head and the Line of Heart-INDR KSHETR :- Astronomical success at ages indicated by the Life Line.
(9). UPWARD BRANCHES TO DRAGON HEAD :- definite success and prosperity.
